Cain has been actively investing in real estate for nearly 15 years, acquiring his first investment property at just 22 years old. What began with single-family acquisitions quickly expanded into multifamily investments, where he has since built extensive experience in acquisition, repositioning, and asset management.
Over the past five years, Cain has served as General Partner on the successful repositioning of 10 multifamily communities, overseeing projects focused on operational improvements, value-add renovations, and long-term asset performance.
Alongside his real estate ventures, Cain has maintained a full-time career in commercial banking and currently serves as Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending at Legacy Bank and Trust. His background in banking, underwriting, and financial analysis provides a strong institutional perspective that complements ONYX’s investment strategy and operational approach.
Cain holds an undergraduate degree in Finance as well as a Master’s degree in Accounting and Financial Analysis. In addition to his banking and investment experience, he is also a licensed realtor.
Together, Cain and his wife, Maranda, own and operate Wright Property Group, LLC, a real estate investment company active in both the residential and commercial sectors. He is currently developing his second boutique new-construction apartment community within the Rose District.
Cain and Maranda are proud parents to their three children — Roman, Maxwell, and Kobie.

Samuel Fowler has been actively investing in real estate for over a decade, with experience spanning acquisition, redevelopment, construction, and asset management across both residential and multifamily properties. A graduate of Oral Roberts University, where he graduated at the top of his class, Samuel has built a reputation for identifying underutilized assets and transforming them into high-performing investments that positively impact the surrounding community.
Over the course of his career, Samuel has participated in the acquisition, renovation, and management of a wide range of real estate projects and has served as General Partner alongside Cain on six multifamily assets. His hands-on approach to operations, construction oversight, and strategic repositioning has played a key role in the successful execution of these investments.In addition to his real estate ventures, Samuel has been a nationally recognized leader within the residential mortgage industry for the past decade, earning multiple years of top industry performance recognition.
Samuel also serves as the general contractor and lead designer on many of his development projects, bringing a highly integrated perspective to both the operational and experiential side of real estate development.
Together, Samuel and his wife, Sage, own and operate a successful short-term rental portfolio in the Tulsa market. Most recently, they launched the development of Arcadia Springs, a nature-immersed wellness retreat destination in Salina OK. Arcadia Springs is designed to blend hospitality, wellness, and a nature-immersed state of presence for its guests. The project is currently scheduled to open in early 2027.
Samuel and Sage recently welcomed their daughter, Eden, in the spring of 2026.
